The CT is working on the stickies and trying to decrease the amount, in order to keep as many threads on the first page, as well as getting rid of the stickies that are no longer used and are taking up valuable space (especially in places such as Serious Discussion). Which is why you may have noticed some of them have been removed over the last few months. Now, we aim to keep only the important ones stickied.
It won't hurt to give the eZine's a bump if you see they are falling off the page, in order to keep them active.
