As Sarah (and everybody else) has been telling you, I promise you, you are not a fat lazy bitch, or anything of the sort. You're doing wonderfully considering the circumstances. I'm also very proud of you for trying to eat and drink, I know how difficult that is under the best circumstances, let alone this type. Please keep going, I know you can do this.
