Agree with you on that one, I used to love Casualty but then started watching ER and realised how rubbish it was! I may now have a slight obsession with ER - have 9 of the seasons on video and go slightly insane if I miss an episode (thankfully with E4 you have about 5 chances to see an episode so that rarely happens!). It's nowhere near as good as it used to be but it's still brilliant!
House is also good, but I can't stand scrubs!
