A&E sounds like a good option for you hun. Even if it is just to keep you safe for a few hours or so.

What did they mean by you not being treatment compliant? Have you not been taking meds how you should have done?

i was taking meds but they wernt working so i stopped because aripiprazole just made me feel restless and procycldine just give me dry mouth and citalopram doesnt work, and they told me to stop clopixol anyways.

I am going to consider a and e, its just last time i went i had to wait for hours to see a psych. I hate waiting because then i might think i dont need to be there and get fed up and leave.

I am going to finish eating, and have a think. How could i get there, cos theres no buses after 6, unless i got a taxi.

I dont think im an ambulence case. i dont know x

I think if you really think you are at serious risk, then you are an ambulance case. I've been taken by ambulance to A&E before I did anything.

Hi im back now. they just give me some diazepam and sent me home and said they will sort it out tomorrow.

Theres no room in the hospital.

Hope the diazepam helps calm you a little. You make sure you keep telling them how difficult it is. Keep talking to them and letting them know what you are being told rather than keeping it to yourself.

Make sure you keep on at them until they listen, even if it feels like you're repeating yourself keep telling them until they do something. Well done for going to a&e, I know it's bloody hard to go and ask for help when you're feeling like this.
