I forgot to say, I've got an appointment with a psychologist to see if I'm suitable for this therapy for paranoia in March. Seems a long time but I'm still waiting for just a letter for a psych appointment!

Tomorrow I'm going to the 10am mass for the first time in years. I'm also going on my own. I'm a bit worried about all the people but this is something really important to me and I think going to Mass in the week regularly will help my mental health.

Do you have to go on your own this first time? Can you try and focus on what is being said and try to take your mind off the other people? I’m glad you have something that is important to you and i hope you can continue going and start to feel more comfortable. I think it will get less stressful the more you go. Good luck.

I will focus on the priest and on the blessed sacrament. I should be fine on my own, I went to a later mass alone.

I went :) there were a lot of people there, I got quite anxious. But I held my cross and focussed on the front. You can tell we're catholic because there were double the number by the end as at the beginning!

I have emailed my GP practice asking them to remove the EUPD diagnosis. I hope i can get other doctors to question the ward psych's diagnosis.

Why is it that you’re having to send all the emails rather than your CPN?

My CPN is contributing by getting me a psych appointment for a proper assessment. She only works 2 days a week and I haven't had a letter with an appointment yet.

Yeah, agree with Lindsay that you shouldn't have to be putting in the legwork for this, but I'm glad you are able to do it and hope that you can get that EUPD zapped asap.
