My positives:
-I had a nice lie-in which was much needed
- I was worried I was out of my depth with the tutoring I took on for today, but turns out the module is mainly matrices and I'm good at matrices and have taught them before so looks like it won't be too much of a disaster!

- I'm having Dominos pizza for tea
- Going to be watching Despicable Me 1 & 2
- I had a snooze in the garden under the sun earlier
- I'm enjoying reading the Harry Potter books

- I went to work
- I tidied the flat from top to bottom
- I exercised which reduced bingeing urges
- my friends are coming for dinner tonight and ive made a vegetable curry =)

I am having a relaxing morning so far, woke up early and have been lying on the sofa reading my book
I am watching Jimmy Carr and he makes me laugh

I got some fizzy vimto,yum.
I organised my folder on my computer to make revsion easier
I got started on some reading for uni.

- I sent my care coordinator an email about potential new medication I feel would help.
- I'm having sweet potato chips for tea.
- tomorrow I don't have to go to work.

- I'm looking forward to being in work tomorrow as my colleague who shares my office is in

I phoned my mum and really felt I can depend on her

- I am going back to Js house to prevent things going badly wrong. I am so lucky to have her supporting me.

- I went to the pub with my friend instead of moping feeling sorry for myself because circuits was cancelled.
- I didn't have to get up and wash my hair this morning because I did it last night.

- one of my students keeps asking about the maths challenge results and today they came back and I was able to tell her what she got (and it was an amazing result!)
- J bought me lots of yummy snacks to help keep my sugar levels up during my marking marathon!
