I sent the email FAO the psych and ward manager to the ward secretary. I just told them I was making a complaint through PALS and my LP had told me to let them know. Now I've sent all the emails.

Well done, I'm glad you're advocating for yourself and getting support to do it.

That's a lot! Hopefully they'll be able to fix it for you. Will you be able to reschedule with your CPN? Very glad that they listened to you.

Hope you will be able to get some rest or relax if you need to. Sounds like that was very time consuming to get sorted.

Please do not give me virtual hugs unless you are only using the hug function on threads. Thanks.

My CPN is on leave next week, I don't know when I'll next see him. He said he would set up this SloMo therapy.

Good luck with the SloMo therapy - I hadn't heard of it before and had to look it up - I hope you find some benefit from it.

Have you got someone you can contact if you need to while your CPN is off?

Duty or B but I don't know a B, I think he meant R, my support worker.

Will you be seeing your support worker at some point?

Do you have a contact number for your support worker to ask?

How are you doing Tamo?

Have you heard from your support worker? If not do you think you should try and get in contact?

I would like to. But I'm meant to have a goal, not just want someone to talk to.

Could you ask to meet him and work out a goal? Is there anything social you need support to help you do?

Idk. I think I will text her and ask to meet. We can talk about it in person.

I texted her, she texted back saying she's off sick but she will get in touch when she's back in work.

It’s good that you have texting as a contact option. Well done for reaching out. I hope you can come up with some helpful plans together.

When my cpn suggested having a support worker he sold it to me as someone to talk to

My mum tried to get me a GP appointment. It didn't go well. All she could get me was an appointment in March to assess whether I needed to see a GP. She wasn't pleased and is now swearing she'll have nothing to do with the NHS.

I wonder why your cpn said that because support workers mostly help with practical things.

It’s so hard to get a gp appointment these days.
