I didnt tell the........doctor i didnt tell him the truth, i lied so he thought i seemed ok. And all of them they think its so simple they keep saying dont be so silly, do this, do that they dont understand it at all. How can they?i dont even understand it. They have all been grouchy and angry and i cant take it. I cant stand my family sometimes.

But last time i went the man was mean and i was even worse. I know its someone different but but i just dont want to go, its so scary i dont trust people much and i cant tell them i just cant, ill be fine just smile and pretend all is fine to everyone. I cant even tell my doctor the truth and hes been so amazing he has stuck by me through thick and thin and helped me and i lied i should be punsihed for that but i dont want to give up my non-sh cause im like a month at least now.
