Hi Chels,

I think you've just disovered a bug in their (not our!) chat software. Because you have special characters in your username, it may be confusing their authentication system.

The best I can offer you is change your usernaeme? You need to use a normal 'c'

If you want that done, please post back here

Artychick, you need to close your web browser and reopen it to go back to RYL - you should then see the chat menu option.

Jo, I wish they'd sort that - sadly because they wrote it (and because they are chinese!) it can be difficult to get them to fix this stuff!! lol

I'm sorry you should have had to change like that - there are so many fixes we'd like to see implemented in chat, but we have little control over what the company decide to do of course.

I have the option in the menu bar, just when I click it the main box is blank...

obviously just me... will try again later

Here's what i'd advise:

- Close all your web browser windows
- Delete your temporary internet files
- Go back to RYL and you should find you can see chat now
