dancing is fun, your not insane at all i know that feeling just kind of dancing and not thinking about anything. I have some dance workout dvd's if i want to do exercise and they make me laugh loads cause im so un co-ordinated hehe

i like to choreograph when i need to exercise. even though most people i dance with couldn't do my choreography because I'm "too gymnastical"

I like any music that's different and it depends entirely on my mood.

I love doing contemporary choreography, meaning I can dance to practically anything.
