just... you know when you get thoughts about, stuff, and you know you're not going to act on them but, they're still there? i'm lucky, i can distract for a bit, but then, schum, they're back... so nah you can't help, i just have to deal with it. thank you for your interest though.
Im in year 10(15years old) and theres this girl who has been bullying me since year 7, she stopped in year 9 and it was only occasional things like saying i had white stuff in my hair when i didnt, implying i had dandruff.
And saying i was a freak.

Laurawr, all i know about bullying is you're meant to tell a teacher. could you get some friends together for moral support and try that? and like bobbiwib says, try the abuse and bullying forum. *hugs*
