i can't do this..

i tried to make an appointment with my gp...nothing until next monday.

i can't wait that long...i can't.

i tried to go to a&e...**** **** **** couldn't even go in.

called nhs direct...hung up.

called samaritans...hung up.

why the **** am i so ****ing pathetic?!?!

You're NOT pathetic Laura. Soemtimes getting help is hard, and if you have an emergency can you go to the emergency room? You can get help and be safe honey oyu can

I tried the emergency room (a&e) and couldn't go in.

I emailed samaritans but it feels like I'm still here, waiting for nothing but to wait some more...

I tried to get a friend to come to a&e with me on thursday, but he wouldn't and there was nobody else..
