Btw, for those of you who don't know me (I haven't really met any of the newbies yet):
I am Jess. I've been on RYL for three years. I love cats and I volunteer at a kitty shelter :) I also am a musician; I play the flute, piccolo, piano, bassoon, guitar, and I sing soprano. Flute is my favorite. I am almost 19 years old and would be going into my sophomore year of college, but am taking a year off. I am currently in the process of getting my LNA (licensed nursing assistant), I am so excited to be working at a nursing home. Hopefully if I get back to college, I would like to become an RN and hopefully work as a psychiatric nurse in a hospital. I have an amazing boyfriend, Dave. You will hear a lot about him. Ummmm, I'm really friendly, and tend to act like a child. Feel free to PM me anybody, I'm always looking for new friends!

In all honesty, I had stayed away from this section because everything I saw posted had a trigger warning attached and that sort of scared me away. I am on a few other recovery forums (ED related) and so I just wasn't really used to it, although I understand it.
I am rambling. Sorry about that.
Anyway, I have been attempting recovery off and on since 2007. I have been mostly in the "on" mode since December of 2008.
Hmm...not sure what all to say. I am in the Boston area, I am a young professional working in a cubicle...well...sometimes working...ha ha.
Random things I am into: movies, music, art, theater, animals, roller derby, games, reading, and on and on and on.
Anyway, if anyone has questions, feel free to ask.

I realised I never introduced myself here. Hi, I'm Emm, I'm sixteen (going on seventeen!), am a Christian, love love love music, am a bit lost at the moment because my music player has stopped working :( but I should be getting another one soon which is good :)
I also like fashion my aim in life is to be a clothes designer, I want to open a brand which uses ALL fairtrade/ethically traded materials etc. and no leather/suede either. :)

I'm Steph, 25, just joined RYL yesterday and thought I'd introduce myself here as well.
I love music- indie/rock and a bit of cheesy pop (but dont tell anyone!) and all that goes along with it- gigs, festivals, having my ipod on loudly on the bus and bars and clubs with good music.
I also like to read and I watch a LOT of tv....currently loving Big Brother and the X Factor, Hollyoaks and cookery programmes.

I'm Kady, I'm 24 and I'm a firefighter/paramedic. It's the best job in the world. It is a very time consuming job, as I do some other things on the side like Honor Guard and Medical Reserve Corps, I wouldn't trade it for the world. I remind myself to thank my body for is the strength to get up every day and do my job; because when I'm at work I couldn't be happier!
