I was feeling really ill; I was boiling hot and shivering, feeling lightheaded and confused and achey. I was really worried it was swine flu, but I feel better today. (Even though I didn't sleep well at all). x

It has happened in the past spent four hours sitting around before being seen and then got told to go home and call crisis if it got worse. I know it might be different this time, but a big part of my doesnt want to try, just want to curl up in my cornere and die

is it crisis who are telling you to go to A&E seraph? if so, you could tell them what A&E have said in the past. if it's not crisis tellign you to go, could you call crisis and see what they say?
