- managing to recover from the tragedy of not being able to take my car for its mini valet :P
- the evri drop off point not turning out to be fake when I thought it was
- making excellent brownies
- briefly seeing T and her cousin and them providing positive feedback on my chocolate truffles

- watching a Sofie Hagen show on the youtube that Lio recommended
- starting a new audiobook which I’m enjoying
- seeing James^A!!!!!!!!!!

Today:
- making an excellent poster
- not leaving the house
- playing some music that’s in a clef I don’t know- excellent mental gymnastics!

- finished a task that was getting me all stressed
- Lio sending me an mpg of the fox cubs in her garden
- beating K at a maths challenge
- perfect evening of bake-off with homemade vegan mac ‘n’ cheese and rhubarb crumble
- feeling a bit more positive about the next work tasks I need to do

- making a relatively successful chocolate truffle cake
- reflecting on how good my relationship with food is these days- could we have predicted in 2011 that a future version of me would be not only a vegan, but also not at all behavioural or diety and with a really good relationship with food??? I think we could have all successfully predicted that I still wouldn’t really eat any damn vegetables though :P
- nice games afternoon
- exciting plans for next games afternoon

- feedback appointment for autism assessment done (yay)
- starting Norwegian on Duolingo after learning Spanish for a year I needed a change and chose the total opposite giving myself an utter mental brain freeze. I may just never take Spanish for granted ever again, but I like a challenge!
- tricking my dog into eating his probiotic treats with no fuss necessary!
- having a good chat with my mum
-assembling my new bedside table that I got from Amazon for 25 squid, it had all the parts and all the instructions and it fits in my ridiculously small space for one. So hurrah!

- planted some sunflowers
- headed out in the garden with my camera
- went for a run (more walking but better than nothing)

Sunflowers! I had a kit to plant some but the seeds went missing so that was the end of that :P

Yesterday:
- colleague bringing me my favourite shop-acquired snack without even knowing it was my favourite shop-acquired snack
- reading one star reviews of books by an author who makes me really cross and feeling heard :P

Today:
- finishing a book and really enjoying it
- being able to answer a question that someone who is smarter than me allegedly didn’t know how to do
- disaster-curry being at least edible…

- being able to just collapse into bed very early when needed

- random adult being rude to me later on to reset the cosmic balance
- quality chinchilla time

- being asked for feedback on an exciting project
- getting work done even though it was very late

Friday:
- work going well
- train journeys going smoothly
- someone arriving whilst I was struggling with the door of my accommodation, so I was no longer locked out!

Saturday:
- getting to see one of my favourite people get married! Amazing day <3

Sunday:
- getting home at a reasonable time despite both my trains being cancelled
- very tasty donut
- seeing some ducklings
- getting all my essential work done

- a new establishment having acceptable hot chocolate

- talking to Lio
- K not getting stuck in M-town despite threatening to get on any form of transport to get home :P

Monday 3rd:
-telling T that she annoyed me instead of Sulking Forever
- seeing two cats, even though they didn't want to be friends with me
- being there in Lio's hour of need when she poured tea and squash all over her bed
- getting some lovely emails making me feel like a boss at my job

- Lio using the expression "treat myself to a little weep"
- Children being hilarious
- recorder rehearsal
- joining a political party!

Wednesday 5th:
- managed to get through the day despite forgetting my USB
- solidarity from people in the face of my employer being shitty
- nap

- spreading joy with octopus trivia
- successful late-night work marathon

- fun time at work
- nice chats with colleagues
- finding a book that will surely take first place in my "most hated books" list

- surviving an astonishingly dull meeting with silly drawings and hot chocolate
- incredibly dramatic discussion about weeing on boats

- an establishment providing an outstanding list of things on their menu that were vegan, including chicken, prawns and milk
- after much discussion, ordering something actually vegan and having a nice meal out!

- at least being witty about the fact that I had to turn up to a meeting crying
- supportive friends and colleague

- found my debit card
- joined another political party :P
- colleagues jumping in all over the shop to help me out in my Hour Of Need
- quoting case law at my wretched employers so they know I'm not someone to mess with

- coping ok with cpn being off even though the cmht were worse than useless (she's back at work now)
- nice home made vegan pizza for tea (thanks to Jenna saying that the cheese I had was suitable for pizza)
- actually wearing makeup (I rarely wear it) and feeling good
- cpn giving me a compliment
- covid test being negative and figuring out that the cause of my headache was probably hay-fever
- my dad liking his birthday presents even though I couldn't see him on his birthday due to him being unwell

- Was well enough to attend partners birthday BBQ on Saturday
- made plans with our friend M to meet up for board games in a couple of weeks
- Have hit my goal of meditating every day 5 days in a row
