The problem I find with Aldi is that they sell all their yummy stuff in multipacks and I have no self restraint when it comes to having multipacks of yummy things in my house.
I'm feeling quite physically unwell but other than that I'm ok for now I think.
What are you getting up to Beckie?

Nothing major, likely just a cold. I tend to feel sorry for myself easily when it comes to physical stuff!

Dark evenings are fine
Although my town has been hit by a bit of a crime wave which is sad so it makes me not want to be out of the house when its darker.

I like that the evenings are cooler.

I have one of those wake up alarm clocks that simulates sunrise. I've found that makes a big difference for me. It makes waking up much more gentle.

Heating is super expensive. I have electric heating that isn't very efficient at all. My top up meter goes down quickly!

I have gas heating which I am told is better than electric (I have no clue about any of this stuff)
Although when I get my disabled heating allowance thing in the winter, it always goes on my electric key.
