It was nice of her. :) Apparently the Mum had messaged her to ask if she'd mind if I went home once she returned from work. I had no knowledge of this! She apologised for coming home so late (bad day at work) and I didn't know she was supposed to be taking over. :)

I had some microwave herby potatoes that I had to use up today that I forgot about!

How was the food shop?

Food shop was uneventful.

Which is good.

Herby potatoes sound nice. =)

Uneventful is good! Get anything nice?

I have some cinammon grahams. May have some.

Not really. Bought some Twirls as a treat though.

Haven't had/heard of Cinnamon Grahams for ages! Mmm, cinnamon.

I don't eat cereal but we are a kellogg family due to the fact that my dad used to work for them. Therefore I haven't tried cinnamon grahams. On the other hand mmm pop tarts.

I hardly have cereal either.

Not sure I've had Pop Tarts in this country! I think I've only had them in America, because, y'know... you gotta. =P

I go through phases with cereal... but after eating only Weetabix every day for breakfast for about 8 years, I think I'm mostly done with cereal in general.

Other than Paris for a day trip, that's the only foreign place I've been. I like it there, although I'd probably find it scarier now than I used to.

Every day for 8 years?! That's quite an achievement!

Where abouts in America did you go?

I've only been to Germany, France and Spain. Never out of Europe!

Yeah, I might have changed things up at weekends though so it's not as impressive as it sounds. And I swapped to the mini Weetabix at one point too. I like routine, heh. =P

Orlando, Florida. We did the whole Disney thing... I think I've actually been 5 times in total. o.o

I think it's probably more cultured to go to those places in Europe than the US.

Five times?! Wow! Disney always seems a bit... Peopley.

I wouldn't say I was cultured. :P Well, maybe the Germany trip was. We went to art galleries and political buildings and things. And a concentration camp. :/

I am, it's true.

It is very peopley. I went three times with my family when I was much younger and it didn't bother me so much. And then twice with the ex... and that was a bit harder but I dunno, crowds don't bother me so much when it's things like that or concerts. I think because everyone's there for the same reason... It's not just general public.

Germany sounds good... and bad. =/

Germany was great. Lovely people and Berlin is a stunning city. The camp was sad though, even moreso now when I think about it because of what's going elsewhere in the world in current times.

Oh, that's cool! See, I just don't do people. :P A concert or a busy place like Disney is just as bad if not worse than walking down Oxford Street. :P

It really depends for me... which makes it all very unpredictable at times! Sometimes music concerts make me overly emotional and want to cry. =/

Ugh. Heartburn. Because I have an ulcer and a hiatus hernia and an anxiety issue. Which means I feel like I'm dying when actually I am not.

Might try and take some Gaviscon stuff I've got. Bleurgh.

I've never had Gaviscon, is it gross? But if it helps it will be worth it!

Best gig? Wow... errr... I saw Linkin Park play the whole of Hybrid Theory live at Download festival. That was epic.

And weirdly, and also hugely embarrassingly, I saw Take That on their Progress tour at Wembley Stadium and that was actually amazing!

On the topic of Gaviscon I don't like the taste but it's not appalling and if you keep water or something nearby you can down out the taste with that. Helps me to a degree with my stomach issues etc.

Morning all :)

I don't like aniseed but the mint one isnt too bad initially, then it develops a strange stale taste of grossness after abut 20 seconds. But like you buttons, drown it with squash!! I have about a litre of it at work lol.

How're you today buttons?
