Hey ravynsoul,
your welcome for me sharing my work, i understand you about sometimes finding it hard to express what you really want to in your works. Be patient and give yourself time. I often struggle to express myself when speaking to others and im often better with pictures . There are plenty of times when i just cant create a picture i cant force it out of me, often my work creates itself if u know what i mean often i dont have specific ideas my mind puts it together. At other times when im struggling i use that feeling or emotion to help me create a piece of work Which can be suprising as well as scary alot of my work is very scary .

We are all different and have the ability one way or the other to express ourselves. Its incredible to see others poems, stories or artwork they are all powerfull and expressive . Its not in how detailed the work is or how precise it is that gets the feelings or emotion across . So much can be said with colours or shapes with even less detailed pictures .

I sometimes wish i couldnt express myself in some of my art because its often very very dark full of emotion and very graphic, i think i am expressing alot of my issues through art cause they were so traumatic to me , and then slowly able to deal with more stuff . I do manage to say what i need to at times , not enough though, thats a work in progress, i cant exactly carry pictures around with me, I often struggle at times to express myself i seem to be better with pictures at getting across how i feel.

Thanks for sharing. I know what you mean about things creating themselves. I find it helpful looking at pictures, poems, and stories that people have created on here. I am glad that expressing things through art has been helpful to you and I hope that through them you'll be able to continue to heal.
