- finding out that I’m too uninteresting for there to be rumours about me
- Lio not letting me bring Chez & Bez squash to our apocalypse escape route

- impromptu chat with I^2, all three of us avoiding our life responsibilities
- colleague offering to potentially try to take a matching jpg of the one I sent him of myself at the place he's going at the weekend
- hot chocolate and a nice slice of cheese

- texting Lana about gift shops
- finding a new show to watch whilst ironing (v. important obvs)
- seeing the joint greatest solo artist of all time perform
- getting a jpg with aforementioned solo artist
- the look on K's face when they were required to individually scan no less than 14 packets of free from white chocolate buttons for me in Tesco :P

Weekend
- feeling a bit better after spending 5 days on my sofa with a broken rib
- V brought me goodies
- lots of rest which was probably needed
- I bought a radio and saved myself money on not having to pay a music subscription
- making plans to go back to London for H’s hen do

- fairly successful meeting with big boss
- making a plan for work and that helping me feel calm
- important democratic process regarding trapezia
- made a GF vegan cake that looked mediocre and apparently tastes good (I ate too much butter icing while making it to be able to stomach a slice :P)

- leaving my phone at school like a big n00b
- Lio changing the group chat name without consulting with the group

I haven't had a dissociative seizure in 12 days. Who knows I might break the three week record from December 2022

I had a fun weekend with friends. And they appreciated hard work partner and I put into terrain for roleplaying game.

I cooked 2 days in a row.

Tea is barely drying out my mouth anymore so I can drink it again. (I am very British and really missed tea)

I ate a lot of treats this weekend.

I have done my physio each day this weekend despite being busy
