Well my drama performance is over (sort of. I still have the exam in two weeks but I'm not thinking of that for the time being). But I was so totally convinced I was going to fail and let my entire group down but I didn't and it was fine and it was more than fine and I did it better than I've ever done before and I'm so glad it's over and it didn't go wrong and I am really over using the word 'and'.
I wasn't even nervous yesterday, I'd hit the calm before the storm stage, I was only nervous when I was waiting behind the flats to go on stage, but on thing I love about the theatre is you can be crapping yourself, but as soon as you get on stage, it all vanishes for reasons unknown, even if you haven't so much as said your first line. I don't know if it's like that for everyone, but it is for me.
*goes to the nearest padded wall and smacks head into it*
I am so high strung and frustrated this morning... Grrrrrrrrrr. It feels almost like being really anxious but not... more like stressed out with the side effects of anxiety...? Does that even make sense?

I'm sorry you're so stressed Crimson, I can really relate to that feeling lately and it sucks. Try and do something relaxing or take your mind off the stressor if it's possible, there's most likely nothing you can do about it by getting worked up.
I'm glad you're trying to be 'better' Solo, a positive attitude always helps :)
