if your someone touches you and used to touch you on your private parts, breasts, bottom etc., is it sexual abuse? and what if it's your mom doing it and what if there's nothing sexual involved in it? what if it's like a game to her or a means to control you other than something sexual? sorry i'm just confused right now...

mum was involved in sexual abuse with dad
she used to touch me and things and do it real hard so it hurt
and she tried to strangle me and things and just called names and things and not allowed to cry or get hit
