it's ok Solo you didn't know.

leg is still a bit sore, although the swelling has gone down.
I'm off hiking tomorrow, also taking some photos to find a good place to do my digital photography element of my digital arts project.

Well I'm up , a very large struggle it was too , Meetings in the mornings , Well I struggle with them , well I struggle to get ready for them , A morning person I am not :S

sorry have been absent for a few days - have been inpatient since tuesday but was released (sans any support) today.
still suicidal and with severe low mood and no contact with psychiatist until wednesday possible as he is out of town.
still very fragile
