i think thats why peacocks is better to go and wander into, they are kinda cheap which is good. Never had any problems with the quality, got quite a few bits from there which ive had for a few years now.

What argument? I'm asking a question. And the word 'fat' is neither positive or negative, it's the context in which you use it, and mine was neutral, neither positive or negative, just fact.
And I doubt anyone here knows how big I may or may not be. So.. yeah.
Anything I've ever bought from Peacocks has fallen apart shortly after >_<
Chels - I'm very proud of you, it's not easy what you're doing but you are kicking goals in every direction right now, and I am so happy for you because you deserve that so much.
Plus, when we meet we'll now be even more drop-dead-gorgeous (as if that's possible, haha?!) we won't know what to do with ourselves! Or.. weill we? ;)
Becky why did you have to write that down? I suppose I see your point because it can be distinguishable, but it doesn't have to be a bad thing either, you know? I've seen so, so many people who are overweight/"fat" but completely stunning.
So, yes. Fat is not equal to ugly, and it never will be. Although the way society etc treats you sometimes tells you otherwise.
Just bought a new top from Peacocks as im going out to a restaurant at the weekend with my fella for his aunties retirement dinner.
I got into the 18/20 size. This cheered me up no end :) However, i also searched for a couple of bras as i want one with clear straps. Their Bra sizes are appauling! They are all tiny.

Becky, fat most certainly doesn't have to be a bad thing. It's a descriptive word, just as 'tall' or 'short' is. It's a distinguishing feature, but in the same way that I would write that I am 'short'. It's not a negative thing at all, the only negative connotations are the ones that you yourself put on it.
And as Aimee said, fat =/= attractiveness. Some of the most beautiful and wonderful people I know are on the larger side. It doesn't affect beauty, and certainly doesn't affect who you are at your core.
Not feeling good. I'm fed up of looking the way I do, and nothing that I do anymore seems to be shifting the weight.
I'm going to stop posting here, I only bring negativity.

what_the? (sorry my love, i don't know your name!) don't stop posting here. After all, there's no point in having a support thread if we can't support each other! *Hugs*
I'm quite pleased with the top. I'm looking forward to dressing up nice for a change. Put a pair of heels on. Still wearing it with jeans though!

Speaking of Target, it looks like they've recently started a plus size line aimed towards a younger audience called...Young Contemporary (clever name that).
I've been looking it over and they've got quite a bit of cute stuff. I'm in the States though, so it might be different in different countries.
I just had a look at the target website, clicked on my body shape (hourglass) and wow, it said such lovely things. That gave my confidence a bit of a boost! (which I will need today cause I'm going clothes shopping :P)
