Yesterday:-

- tasty vegetarian meal for tea (would have been vegan other than the fact I used egg fried rice and the yoghurt had cows milk in it)
- went swimming which i enjoyed
- sent a postcard to Lorraine which she may or not appreciate
- managed to get the smoke smell out of ebay purchase due to use of vanish plus washing powder by throwing it in the washing machine. As a non smoker this pleased me tons.

- saw my cpn and she was thrilled when I gave her a thank you card
- my friend said I was a true and amazing friend to her
