is all else fails, do what the guy in 'catch me if you can' did steal a uniform and sneak aboard the plane.
Now that's a crazy suggestion.

i really wish i could avoid communication when drunk. what i type or say really feels like the right thing at the time but looking back when sober is pure embarrassing.
angry drunks are scary, lol. and it is true about the psychosis too, i used to know an alcoholic who would drift in and out of psychosis because of the amount he drank all the time.

I think sometimes we speak things we can't say when sober though, I know that is often a bad thing, but sometimes a cool thing if in company of friends!
They are scary, I think a lot of it is because they cannot chill during 'normal' times or sort out their problems inside when they are sober and think being drunk will fix it or make it go away which is soon to be found out that all it does is increase them.

yeah i did say things in the email that i held back saying in real life. but there's always a reason these things are held back when you're sober, lol. she'll probably read them even though i said not to. if it was me i'd be too curious to just leave them.
i agree about aggressive drunks using being drunk as a release for anger. it does increase problems, definitely and even if everything feels better when drunk it just means that you have to keep drinking all the time to achieve that feeling.

It's always a difficult thing to figure out whether you should have said somethings, sometimes it feels better to finally let go of words that you need to get out but the implications are scary and it depends on how they are interpreted
Yes, I think people fill up holes or cracks with alcohol to run away but it always catches up or breaks through eventually, it's not just alcohol, it can relate to any kind of distraction I guess, it's all about realizing what you are trying to hide from and confronting that I guess.
Btw if our random convo is triggering for anyone in any way, just let us know

i agree but once it's said it's said i guess. little point labouring over it. ultimately i do think it's good that i sent what i did, it's not as if it was horrible or anything. scary to admit maybe but it's done now. [how enigmatic]
confronting the issue head on is always the best way. i don't even really agree with people using distractions at all, unless it's very short term because it's just a form of avoidance to me just made to seem like a positive thing.
Stop thinking about what I want, what he wants, what your parents want. What do you want?
Yes, when you learn to look inside and see what is causing a patch of darkness then try to understand and deal with that, things become a lot more peaceful and stable, distractions seem to just prolong that hurt and the like, sometimes it is fun to get away but it is too tempting to fall into those traps. I agree with what you said about what's done is done too, you just have to see how things go from there. I hope all turns out okay!
Woo I have pasta

There any sights we should definitely see when we're in Manchester?
All I know about the city is that it has Granada studio's and a museum next door. Because I went to the museum on a school trip. (quite disappointing when you consider who their neighbours are)

Hmm, Manchester is a strange place, it is an interesting city yet there doesn't seem many actual attractions yet people flock here, it is odd. There is definitely plenty of things to see but not as such to do. They need a theme park or a zoo or something.
You have a lot of cool shops, Piccadilly Gardens is a really cool place to hang out, there's some water fountain things which are fun to run through if it's hot, we have a strange triangle shaped exhibition thing called Urbis which sometimes has interesting displays, maybe it will at the time everyone comes. There are two awesome cinemas in the centre, there's the art gallery and museum of science and industry obviously, Chinatown has some great scenery. The Arndale is a great wander and there is the Manchester wheel there too. The architecture in the city and the vibe is generally great and loads of really cool pubs to hang in, but there isn't that much to actually do! There are a lot of parks dotted about the city that are within bus reach too, as is The Trafford Centre which is amazing. I have not been anywhere much in Manc for a bit due to lack of money, so it will be new to me in a way which is weird
