The bbc thing was Scotland only hence why I missed it. However it's available on iplayer.
I am going to a hobby related show tomorrow and won't be back until after 5 so don't worry about me if I don't post. Then I have to eat.

I'm alright. A bit tired! Woke up at 4am for some unknown reason, work was busy (though really good in a lot of ways) and then I went to a friend's house for dinner, as it was her birthday earlier on in the week. She cooked this amazing italian pasta thing. And cakes with Nutella. 3There were five of us and we're all very similar and it was the best evening I've had in a while. We're going to do it again at another friend's house, because we all had such a fun time. :)
