Kat - I'm finally coming out of a 9.5 week depression thanks to a new medication. I'm now entering that danger period where I look back at where I was and decide I don't ever want to go back there. It usually results in some dangerous activities. I'm trying to keep track of things and not let it get out of control and have a couple of friends keeping an eye on me.
