Thanks Lucy and Mark =). This weekend I've been tackling some of the damp problems in our house. Did the smallest bedroom yesterday and our bedroom today. Lots of hovering, dust, scrubbing walls and windows... It's causing health problems so need to get it sorted.
Been ok recently, started getting therapy with staff counselling service again, had 3 sessions now. Had some nightmares recently but last night was ok. I think it's bringing things on my mind again talking about the past etc. Also what the therapist said last session (Friday) made me feel a bit glum. She said I'll need long term therapy to properly get over depression. But she did also say I must be strong because I appear high functioning.
I'm going to be selfish now.
Where the **** is my therpist , why do I have to put up with many locums years after year and Grrrr , I've never even heard of a crisis team here , as I live rurally I guess I don't matter..

It is really annoying that things aren't distributed equally in this country. You definitely do matter. I wish I could make things better for you.
I've been referred for therapy with the NHS, the waiting list here is 2 years apparently. And they said they probably only do CBT. Was told on Friday that if I was in London for example things would be a lot different and I might even be able to get seen 2-3 times a week, unfortunately the system is failing here.

Not at all Mark you're always super caring! Really sorry about your depression, I hope you feel better soon. Is there anything you can do/ask others to help with to shake things up a bit or do something different or nice for yourself? Take care xx

Katherine aaargh 2 years waiting list. :/ Seems like services suck everywhere. My psych told me that in Cardiff there's only 5 people that are qualified enough to diagnose autism, but that referrals usually go through ONE person for all of Cardiff and Vale(imagine how many people).

I hope it all helps. There are some awful viruses in the air lately. I've had this cold for more than a week now.
It's actually a modified bit of a quote from the Bible: 'Where is God my Maker, who gives songs in the night?'
The 'songs in the night' are a symbol of hope, that may not be seen during tough times of darkness and struggle, but is always there and instead of trying to see it with your eyes, if you listen hard enough, you will find it, like a song floating from far away. it also becomes stronger i guess if you sing along XD Hope that made sense.
Ah Adventure Time sounds cool I've never seen it. But when I looked it up I think I recognise the dog thing. Will have to watch it sometime, I like the look of the rainbow unicorn!
