- did my dishes (with help from support worker, but still counting it as a win)
- had a bath
- watched the masked singer and laughed at who doughnuts was (I knew from the first episode)

- went to job centre and they appologised for the delay in sorting my housing costs
- did my student loan form which they've been emailing me about for literally about a year
- asked C if she thought things were getting better and she said yes and that she was proud of me :)

- cat is not as ill as thought, and I’ve found some renal food he really likes
- talking to my friends
- my favourite dungarees
- being able to laugh at an experience that would have devastated me not too long ago
- picking myself up and dusting myself off

1) I discovered I own about 7 green nail polishes, which is perfect as I intend on painting my nails the weekend.
2) I ate some fruit in a bid to be healthy and I'm proud of myself for branching out.

- Had a sensible conversation with my dad and felt like he wasn't treating me like I was incompetent
- Made some pretty good ramen soup after I forgot to go to Tesco
- Got outside for a bit in the beautiful weather
- Started slowly making some helpful routines/rituals for when my health goes downhill
- Did not implode when I got my discharge/appointment summary letter from the CMHT
