i could ask my eip worker
i see her on friday

ive just had a bath and am watching a movie.
which is all i seem to do now
voices have shut up for a bit
i dont know why
but having them here really tires me out
even though im not doing anything
is that weird?

i might talk to my eip worker about medication and stuff
even though im pretty sure all this is real
i might as well give it a go

having the voices must be stressful, it's not surprising you feel tired. it's good they went for a bit. it'd be an excellent idea to talk to your EIP worker about meds etc, you've got to give everything you can a go so you find what works for you.

am i going to have to cope with this the rest of my life?

i sincerely hope not. i'm sure once you find the right treatment things will get better. when you started meds it stoppped the voices, hopefully soon you'll find anotehr way to get rid of them. until then just keep fighting. you're doing really well. are you going to speak to your EIP worker tomorrow? maybe to make it easier you could right down what you want to say and then just read it off.
