i got glasses because i couldn't read the board in primary school.

my mum thought i was lying about not being able to see the board though and thought that i just wanted glasses because one of the members of 5ive had them. :/

anyway.like...12 years later. i have contacts and glasses. they will give you contacts if you want them. you're short sighted.

I have glasses. but i dont wear them.
I lost my old ones so now i only have the ones from when i was like 10.
they look dumb. I only wear them if my eyes hurt or i get headaches.

I went to the doctor's yesterday afternoon (6pm which is more like night but whatever) and I was told that I suffer from migranes too, which could have been caused by straining my eyes for so long when I needed glasses but didn't have them, and/or stress. I've been in pain with this one for 4 days! Owch.

I quite like the glasses I've chosen (I haven't got them yet, they're in the lab until tomorrow/the day after) but I'm not sure they suit me. It might just be that because I don't ever wear glasses, or sunglasses for that matter, and I'm not used to it.

There was this guy who we think might have been having a heart attack in the doctors surgery when I went yesterday. It was well scary.

I'm also just getting some glasses, I had to choose from the children's section because the adult and teenage ones were too big for my face. I wanted some action man ones but the woman didn't think that would be a good idea.

Yeah glasses look odd when you first start wearing them, but you get used to it and so does everyone else. Then when you take them off you look odd!

I have lovely black and red ones<3 My sister has ones the same style as me, but in bright pink/orange. I've had so many different colours, but most of them have been huge owl glasses, as I loved that style when I was a kid. Rainbow colours, pink and purple, blue and white, metallic purple, etc.

I spent my childhood wanting glasses, but my eyesight was fine so I didn't need them. Then, when I was 13, I needed them and didn't want them - typical! I ended up wearing mine all the time, when I didn't need to, and now my eyesight is terrible >.<

I'm going to the opticians next tuesday because I haven't been able to see the whiteboard at school coz its all blurry, and other things long distance and my parents thought it might be a good idea with my exams coming up...


I love the opticians
They used to make me read Peter Rabbit (Beatrix Potter) in small print but I knew it by heart and accidentally gave the game away so they don't make me read it any more.
