how did she brush it off? that's not right. can you explain that it is really affecting your current thinking/moods? or tell a supervisor at the school that the counselor isn't giving you help? you deserve to have someone safe to talk to.

that's horrible. i think talking about it with a counselor would really help you. just remember they are the ones who are messed up, not you.
