I don't want my dad to know...I am so ashamed...if he ever finds out I will run away where nobody can find me...I will do anything so I don't have to face him...I can't give him another reason to hate me :( I'm bad, just bad.

I told my counsellor an *edited* version (actually wrote it down) of what happened...no names and no details...not very brave is it?

I can't sleep...I need to sleep! I have an appointment in 8 hours and I can't get to sleep :( they all come when I sleep

Hey honey that's really awful he tricked you like that but you coming out shows that you're compassionate and love your dad, not that you're stupid or anything bad. *hugs* You're not just a rag doll for "fun" for others, you're a human being and deserve love and respect. You really should tell your counselor or someone what's going on even if your dad is really difficult and wouldn't react well. You need and deserve the support for this happening, and it needs to be stopped. *more hugs* Be safe

god I feel horrible...I lied so much this morning at my psych assessment...2 gruelling hours of all those questions you HATE to hear but even Hate more to answer...2 people staring at you and writing down everyword as you describe your life from birth till now...

It's really difficult to tell the truth when you're feeling so scared and ashamed, especially in situatinos like that. *snuggles* Why don't you try to write down a little bit of how you're REALLY feeling and give it to your psych? It might feel easier than talking face to face but they'll still know some info you need help on, and can give you some assistance.
