We are all many of a kind; we fight and beat whatever sh*t is thrown at us.

PM me if you want a PDF copy of the ICD-10 or the Mental Health Act 1983/2007. I ALSO HAVE THE DSM-V BOOK and am a pharmacology student.

I have a visual impairment / neurological problems so I need people to type in clear text and no funny fonts. Also excuse any typos, my vision blocks things out.
I have autism and have problems communicating, PMs included.
Just becasue I type well doesn't mean I speak well. I am only part time verbal.

Asphyxia, I'm not doing well I'm afraid. I'm in Danger due to my Thoughtcrimes.

Did i see you live in London? - i click these reply things so quickly i didnt catch your location properly.

I am ok thankyou, had a bit of a panic last night but it turned out to be a false alarm, phew!

How are you??

Tought community indeed. We should collectively get a prize.
I know Wiltshire. I live on the very edge of South-West London.
What panic did you have?
I'm not doing well as you know in the Serious Discussion forum.
You = great.

Fab, I know a bit of london but only the main bit. How do you know Wiltshire well?
I had a panic that i was falling towards a depressive episode, which turned out to be a false alarm and then it came back today, so i don't know now if it is a false alarm :/

I should venture more into the serious discussion as i don't go in there often, so i shall go there now.

aww thanx, i think it goes though - you = even better *nods* :D

I shall pm you soon
I have seen other websites like this, but none of them are as amazing as this one.
I don't know Wiltshire that well, but I went there on a walking trip when I was little a few times.
If you do think you are falling towards a depressive episode, then please alert your doctor. Perhaps you need a change of meds/dose?
Do you find the Serious Discussion pages triggering? I sometimes do.
Do I have your mobile number?

Aww, do you know which parts you went walking in?
I had thought about that....i was questioning myself in my journal...do i need a dosage change do i do this or that...decided to sleep on it was ok....and then oh dear, i will keep a very close eye on this...i don't my college year messing up again. I am due to see my GP so might ask him.

I don't think you do have my mobile number, do yer want it? Im awful for cred, so you may end up getting texts from the net...or max 5 texts in one day lol

I forgot to say, i don't necessarily find the serious discussion triggering, i find it exausting sometimes....theres only so much i can put into posts and with where i am at the moment, im still trying to find that extra so i can go over there and help. I hope that doesn't sound selfish or anything.
Yes, I've seen schizophrenia boards and suicide/self-harm boards but never one that covers mental health, suicide, self-harm, abuse, substance abuse, the whole lot.
I can't remember where I walked - I was only 7 years old at the time.
I think that you should definitely see your GP about this because as you said, you don't want to mess up your college again.
I'll PM you my secret mobile's number (the one my boyfriend gave me that has unlimited txts etc). As I'm on contract and my boyfriend pays for the unlimited txts, you may find me txting you randomly quite a lot.
It doesn't sound selfish. I've been posting for the past hour or so and I'm thinking of stopping now - I am exhausted too.
I'll PM you now.
Thanks.
