If the session is to involve discussion of the whole site (I think?) then yes, it would have been good to have a variety of mods around. I'm not sure how people mean "uncomfortable"? But I am only 50% awake so *checks watch* I can be forgiven for that. :)
Hopefully this thread can pretty much stay on track of seeing who can be there, albeit hastily arranged?

My only concern would be so many people in one room talking at the same time that potential discussion would be impossible - due to the speed the messages would be moving, but it's worth a try I think.

Like Tears and Rain said my only thought was the number of people, but as it's the first one I think things might not be as smooth as they could be eventually.
I don't know but I think the rooms can hold 50 members, mods and Harley not included. Also taking into account most of us, it seems, won't be talking... I think if anything, it will be not enough discussion!
With perfect timing, as ever, I've become ill again :( If I get to stay home I'll try and be there.
Well, if the point of the chat is to talk to me, then I can see some issues arising from too many people asking too much at once for me to be able to reply properly - but I am sure that we will be able to make it work, I can type quickly ;)
Best thing probably to do is take the chat log and create minutes from that, as the filler stiff can be removed and any repetition / contradiction (I am human!) can be sorted so that a clear message can be passed on from there. We will make it public so anyone who wanted to be there but couldnt be, or anyone you just wants to know but not go can still get the info.
That said, I am only giving sneak previews of things to the best of my ability at the moment, and further, more accurate information is going to get posted over the next few days once the teams have okayed everything. Because of the scale of things I have had to plan things without their constant input, so before anything can be finalised they have to be okay with what I want to do :)

Harley is there a limit on the size of a log when we save it due to when ives saved a long log it cuts off half of th convo so if thats going to happen i dont want to miss anything off when it gets saved
