That's great news =)

Heidi, well done for going to the hospital when you needed help. You should be really proud of yourself. <3 x

Thankyou so much guys, and a special thankyou to Kerry for texting me your messages and being there for me.
I cried when Kerry texted me your messages. It mean't a lot to me as very few people IRL knew I was in hospital and I was very alone and frightened.

Medically I should be ok now, although I have the joys of expelling the blades myself to look forward to! Mentally I'm struggling. Instead of being sectioned as I had been threatened with, I've somehow been discharged from the crisis team. They had lost my notes though, but I did fill them in with my history. Funny that landing yourself in A+E means you get discharged from the crisis team, god bless the NHS!!
*hugs to everyone*

I'm really struggling
On edge and need to do something explosive and destructive.
The damn crisis team discharged me
I can't end in A+E again
I've tried punching my matress, beat the crap out of it
No good.
Listening to loud music and throwing myself around the room.
No good.

Honey, I know they have discharged you, but can you ring up and explain things? They should still listen, and direct you to someone or someplace that can see you immediatly.

Please take care,, Im thinking of you (hugs)

I'm thinking of you...Remember how A&E wasn't nice last time and try to make it deter you from going back.

PM me if you want a PDF copy of the ICD-10 or the Mental Health Act 1983/2007. I ALSO HAVE THE DSM-V BOOK and am a pharmacology student.

I have a visual impairment / neurological problems so I need people to type in clear text and no funny fonts. Also excuse any typos, my vision blocks things out.
I have autism and have problems communicating, PMs included.
Just becasue I type well doesn't mean I speak well. I am only part time verbal.

Keep fighting this hun, you can get through this

"Recovery is something that you have to work
on every single day and it's
something that doesn't
get a day off."
