I did AS English Literature and Language, AS Sociology, AS History Of Art and GCSE Spanish so I sympathise with your French exam, I know language exams can be horrible.

You could use bubble wrap to help you stop.
Just jump up and down on it and get your anger out or just use it as something to focus on.
