Syrup and chopped banana is good. I have a recipe for vegan pancakes if anyone wants it.
My dad is ace at flipping things. He used to flip my omlettes for me, back in the day when i used to eat them.

Anyone who has been to "soul survivor" will understand what I mean when I say the pancake hut/stall in the food court is actually amazing!
I had my first marshmallow and chocolate pancake there, and I have to say it really was AMAZING!

Oh - and Cointreau in crepes is my other memory of Parisian Crepes. Yummm. Grand Marnier doesn't quite work the same as Cointreau.
