I get school off on my birthday!
the past 3 years I think... I have had finals on it.
I do appreciate my friends who, despite my wishes, feel the need to get together and celebrate me...but they stopped doing that and now they individually give me presents and drawings and cards and all that.
Last year was ace. we got out early after finals and went to a movie. the theater was empty because it was in the middle of the day...so we goofed off in the whole place.
If you don't like birthdays, I recommend going out and having fun with friends and not say that it is for your birthday.
p.s. when I was little I thought my mum should be the one the cake and presents were for because she worked harder on my first birthday then I did. All I did was cry.
