I am currently:

Sometimes people do have a real reason to worry about you but i just wanted to say that please don't let this stop you from reaching out. I think people would rather know what is going on and how you're feeling than have you bottle everything up and then cope in a detsructive way.

From personal experience i also find that the more you can share about your thoughts and fears, the less power they have over you. Speaking them out loud can make us feel vulnerable and intimidated but when they are out it often feels like they weren't so huge and frightening as we imagined they were.

I hope you can continue to talk and open up. And medication is a bother but it's not the end of the world. Xx

Thanks. I really get what you mean. I've always felt the same about people I worry about. I spoke more today. Too much/ not enough. Images in my head like a broken record.
