If you suffer from liver failure and die, there will be no exams.
That's true. But I've taken pretty much this much before and been fine, but if I feel ill then I may well go to hospital (preferably no psych assessments, sectioning or hospital stays)
NAC is the stuff used to treat overdoses of [this drug], given intravenously if I remember correctly? Parvolex is the brand name I'm guessing
thank you for your replies, I shall go if I feel ill

Have you gone to hospital? If not then go, NOW. It's a bit late for me to give this advice now, I wish I'd checked on here last night but you need to get checked, just because you've read medical textbooks that does not mean that you know everything. We have medical professionals on RYL, one of which, who shall not be named due to the rules of this forum, has already advised you to seek help and why and this needs to be done, hopefully it has been already.
With ODs, vomiting can sometimes do more damage that good, sometimes a lot more damage. Also, it doesn't bring up all the tablets, even if you vomit straight after you OD, if you vomit a while after then more than likely you have absorbed a lot of the medication already and it will be acting on your body which, in the case of ODs equals out as damaging your body. With the medication you've taken, you may not see the full affect for days after and by that point the damage has done, this is why people are saying you need to get help BEFORE you feel ill.
You mention an exam, do you want to be sat in an exam feeling hot and cold, unable to concentrate as you're feeling nauseas and have a severe headache, maybe even have hallucinations (liver damage can cause these) and are in agonising pain amongst other things? These are some of the signs of liver disease and by far not all of them. The earlier you get help the earlier you can get treatment and hopefully it will help to repair things before it maybe becomes too late.
Depending on your situation you may or may not be sent for psychiatric help, the fact that you didn't go to hospital despite people telling you the risks means that your behaviour is more damaging and therefore may be more likely to have more invasive tests than you otherwise may have done.
The also don't do 'unnecessary tests'. For one thing it's a waste of money, for another it's a waste of resources, and thirdly, it's a waste of time that could delay your treatment or they could spend treating someone else. When you have anything wrong with you medically, whether tats due to ODs or not, it can affect other parts of your body and any of these that has the potential to be affected by your OD needs to be checked and without having a medical degree, you're very unlikely to know the full extent of the damage that could be caused, the reactions that take place within your body and also how the affect of it this has on other processes which can then be found by measuring some things that may seem irrelevant (for instance, if a patient is vomiting you may have to see how they're coping through their breathing or their kidneys; to most that will seem irrelevant but it's processes done by these that can be the key to monitoring and treatment).
Parvolex is a trademarked for N-acetylcholine (NAC) and this is something which you may still be able to get if you went to hospital now if they feel you need it. Other than that you do need monitoring and may need treatment for other thing even if it's 'just' going on a drip.
It is really important that you get checked out. If you want to go into further detail regarding the OD then feel free to PM MYSELF with further details of it (don't give these in the forum or via PM to anyone else as this would be against the rules as it needs to be a first aid advisor and the only one bar me is KimB (Bitter_Angel) and she isn't currently active) and I may be able to help you more directly.

(One thing to add is if after this post you (the OP, BorgKing99) continue to refuse help, I will have no choice but to close the thread as per the rules of the First Aid Forum)
Just woke. I feel a little sick so may go to the hospital, if a friend can take me
If a friend can't take you then phone for an ambulance. Nobody will see it as a waste of resources if it saves your life. Even if you have to wait a bit it's better to take it than suffer liver failure.
If you don't want it directly outside your house then if you get it to pick it up at your local park or the end of the street then this will be acceptable. Alternatively take a taxi.
