i've been both (a school fete - we made a heeeeeeuge chocolate cake and all jumped in it!!)
brownies don't get special treatment...they got abuse and stones thrown at them where i lived. there was nothing else to do apart from smoke, drink, do drugs, have underage sex (i did none of the above...well i tried smokes a ocuple of times...who doesnt) so it was off to every kind of organised thing they could force you into, brownies, guides, oyuth clubs etc. mand x
