Anyone else find they sweat like crazy if they wear long sleeved t-shirts, or is that just me?

I'm having abit of trouble wondering how l can cover up my arms in the summer, particuarly since l play alot of football, and dont want my team mates to find out. Unfortunatly fishnet stocking things on my arms just isnt going to happen haha. Playing football in a long sleved tshirt makes me far to warm and products like dermablend will either come off with sweat or get brushed off from the ground or the players.
I dont fancy becoming a keeper either (goalie top covers the arms)

And during the day when its hot its unbearable, hoodies and shorts is the best l can come up with haha.

Dont know if thats the long sleeves there cause i just sweat anyway, i do find that this fashion for really light weight shirts with the sleeves is good tho, they're lovely an baggy so tehy dont rub.

I know they make long sleeve shirts that are really light weight that you could always try. You can find them at different sport-stores and whatnot.

swimming shorts

in my town it gets very hot during the summer so swimming is the thing to do. i find that wearing swimming shorts is a simple way to cover up..and no one gives strange looks or comments. if someone does say something, all you have to do is say that you prefer to be a little more modest and dont want to show off too much. most people will respect that..and its an easy way to cover up any scars one may have.

Mine are pretty light, nonpuffy scars so I just use cocoa butter lotion and this anti-aging lotion my mom got in the mail (don't worry, I asked before I took it) Olay Definity. It's ment to help with discoloration/age spots but it's been helping on my arm scars. Plus the cocoa butter lotion is overall just good for the skin.

All right, people, here's a question for all of you. What about swimming trips? My friends and I are planning to go camping in August, and we'll be on the lake.

Have any ideas how I can enjoy the water/swimming/tubing, while covering up my arms completely?

Hm, what about a long sleeve rash top? You could say that you want to protect your back from the sun so you don't burn? Or just that you feel more comfortable in it.

i usually take lots (not ODing) of vitamin E and cod liver oil to help repair skin (reduces scarring);
and make sure i put sun cream on my scars (otherwise they go bright pink).
but usually foundation on the arms helps, and i wear footless tights. normally sailing instead of swimming so i wear a wetsuit-hehe, means i don't have to sorry about scars

Once again I'm gonna say
Vitamin E cream..
I love it and it smells really good :)
I tried to trick my mum into buying bio oil without telling her it was for scars..
then she saw the price lol
I'll just have to buy it with my own money haha

This is probably not what you want , but Its all I got .............

I have a nephew who has a skin condition and so has to cover up completely when at the beach , so he wears an entire body suit ( its a little like a Scuba suit .
No one takes any notice at all when its explained to them .
Thats probably a little extreme but you'd be surprised how many other conditions require "covering up" ,,,,,, you might try looking up other skin problems and that way arrive at a solution you've never even thought of .
Take care.
