There's always the option of picking your own day or time of day. :) The idea of 1234 is to encourage members who perhaps might be a little afraid or out of habit of posting to give it a go. This isn't to guilt-trip people who are unwell, or unable to offer support and we are incredibly grateful to the members who already support extensively across RYL.
It doesn't matter where you come from; it matters where you go.
No-one gets remembered for the things they didn't do.
We won't all be here this time next year,
so while you can take a picture of us.
We're definitely going to hell,
but we'll have all the best stories to tell.
I think having a set time a day to reply would help me rather than a specific day. I am thinking of incorporating it into my lunchtime routine that way I won't feel so bad about being on here when I could be working because I have already set that time a side for procrastinating!
Haha, that sounds like a plan! Then the procrastination can be productive! ;) What could be better than that?
As you're probably aware, tomorrow, Friday, is Self Injury Awareness Day. We thought this would be a great opportunity for as many people as possible to take part in 1234. Remember, there's no pressure to take part and every little helps. :)

I love this idea. It's definitely something I'm going to bear in mind, sometimes I go through stages of supporting way more than usual, but then I'll not support at all. I think the idea of picking a day of the week is a really useful one so I can be more consistent :)
Do not be dismayed by the brokenness of the world. All things can be mended. Not with time, as they say, but with intention. So go. Love intentionally, extravagantly, unconditionally. The broken world awaits in darkness for the light that is you.

I did a little bit of this yesterday because I didn't do anything else for SIAD and it felt really good to get my support on! Nice to see the 1,2,3,4 scheme back :)

You cannot get through a single day without having an impact on the world around you What you do makes a difference, and you have to decide what kind of difference you wish to make.
It is nice to see it back!everything feels a lot more balanced.x
There are times to stay put, and what you want will come to you.
But there are times to go out into the world and find such a thing for yourself.
I aint no abacus but you can count on me.
