People keep saying "he" but it could be a she (claimed to be a she in another place). It could also be a spammer (not like they don't know RYL) looking to get emails, IM names etc. Most of the spam I get these days comes from peeps I had on MSN who practiced poor internet hygiene.

On what grounds? I really don't think an institution such as facebook would see failure to provide 'evidence of his sister's existence' to the moderators of a self harm site as reason for alarm. [genuinely not trying to be sarky here; can't work out how to phrase it without sounding rude, sorry!]
