amy, iv been feeling real bad few weeks ended up in hospital thursday night friday morning just been sh more since come out of hospital nd tonight only night i havent done anything but then again i am having a glass of wine

Try not to drink to much.

There are lots of things you can do to distract yourself.

Try some things on the list and see how you go.

Short term yes maybe, but long term it's not helping as you keep having to do it over and over.

grrrr thats me slipped up again was ok for a few days but i done it again today and yesterday :( ended up in a&e again got my cuts cleaned, dressed, bandaged up i feel so low, i just want to die, i really do...this pain is too much for me mentally and pysically, i am barely saving myself :(
