Wow what a wonderful idea for a party! I hope you take lots of photographs Liv so we can see the colourful event. Are you going to get face paints? You could paint rainbows on everybody's faces!

There a pound shop near me that does rainbow door hangy things. Can't think how to describe them but like loads of strips of coloured plastic on a string. Anyway they look good.
Also rainbow food can be savoury too as the colouring won't taste anything. So make rainbow quiche or pie or something.
