Has anyone had Sertraline?

I started Sertraline yesterday, so not much use to your question really! I've heard that it's supposedly one of the safest anti-depressants...but not sure how it is?

I'm on it. It's really helped with my OCD/agoraphobia/anxiety. Within a few weeks I could concentrate/relax long enough to read a book & watch tv without doing a million other things. I had slight nausea at the beginning but that was it. Also if I don't take it for a few days (I'm so rubbish at remembering!) I get really nauseas, other than that no side effects at all. Really hope it works as well for you as it has for me.
