I hope your nap helped you get some rest.
It's not pathetic that you miss her, she must have been really helpful to you in a time of need, and it's natural to have developed some kind of longing due to that.
Maybe what might help would be to express all of those feelings of gratitude onto your current therapist? Telling her about this might also help, to see if she can help you deal with those feelings.
