Jess i totally understand where you are coming from about everyone being pregnant and finding it hard to get pregnant yourself.. Me and my partner were trying for a baby, and we were disheartened each month when it did't happen, now we stopped and focusing on the wedding and then trying for babies after the wedding also when i lost some weight.. Doctors say looseing a bit of weight helps you get pregnant, congratulations on the engagement, i hope you two stay very happy.. :)
Thanks claire :) I am loosing weight... very slowly. We're not even trying anymore. but it still hurts when I see yet another announcement of a pregnancy :(

Yea i totally get that, so many people on my facebook are getting pregnant and i secretly get jealous and wonder why not us? I mean so many young teenagers get pregnant and some have abortions and so on and then there are people like us who want a child and we can't.. Can you try and loose some weight and then try again? I know its hard cos of your ankle (its Claire Harris from Facebook and draw something) but i hope you get your dream one day..
I'm late on this conversation, but, I understand. I went off birth control, only to find out I have PCOS. Great. I see all the girls getting pregnant, the one's that don't want it, the one's that do, and here I am. Not able to really get pregnant. It sucks. I know it's not him, because he got his ex pregnant, which she miscarried, but still. I'm just afraid that he won't love me anymore if we seriously can't have children. You feel bad for hating them, but you can't help it. I can't watch 16 & Pregnant anymore, after one girl being from my hometown, it broke the flood gates for me. I hate it. It's so sad that one's that really don't need a kid, have them, and you, who really want them and are prepared for them, can't. I'm sorry, it's a very hard thing. At least you have a great partner, and your trying to better yourself. I hope it comes for you, it's a hard thing to want one and not be able to have one.
It would still be worth getty other half tests in case anything has changed, in case the ex was incredibley lucky. Then you know for sure you have all the facts x

Ankle operation on Friday. As soon as I come off crutches I'm going to do proper rehab for my ankle and get back in a proper exercise routine. Not going to actively try till after we get married. When that will be... I have no idea!!

Good luck on your surgery hunni. I didnt have metal in mine but I had torn tendons and I know ankle surgery sucks butt and hurts!! You are tough, physically and mentally.
And one day hunni, you will have a baby :) and if that doesnt happen, you can always adopt a sweet baby who might never have a home.
I will always be grateful to my aunt and uncle for taking my son when I got sick. If they hadnt have done that, he would have gone to foster care which can be a horrible system. Adoption can be so gratifying and joyful because you know you are saving a child's life. I'm not saying you will have to do this but it can be a happy altenative :)
I know you will be a great Mommy because your cats are always snuggling and laying on you and you are so sweet, you dont even want to make them move...melts my heart!!

Jess honey, I'm so sorry things are so difficult for you *massive squishes*
I don't really know what to say to make it better but if I could take it all away from you then I would. You've had your surgery now, hopefully that is one major cause of concern and stress removed. Maybe when you are more mobile then thing will be a little easier. I know that does not take away the ache of wanting to be a mother. You will be a fantastic parent one day. I can only imagine how frustrating it is for you and how much it aches to see other people falling pregnant. You will get there. In the mean time I'm here and only an iMessage away should you want to talk or rant or whatever. I can't promise my advice will be any good but I'll always listen. Love you xxxx
